ECHOTec™ Watermakers Yacht Series (Modular)

The ECHOTec Yacht Series of modular watermakers are designed for maximum space saving and ease of installation.

The systems include all the parts necessary for easy self-installation and are backed up with a life-time limited warranty for the pump pressure head & membrane vessel, and a three year warranty on the rest of the system (excluding consumables).

They vary in output from 32 - 227 litres/hour and are available in three power options:

2. DC 12/24v

We sell (see prices) all the modular machines as a complete package, supplied complete with the standard accessories listed below - which experience has shown to be the minimum requirement.

Road freight can be arranged (at cost) to any destination in Australia from our storage facility in Brisbane.

Delivery for non-stock items is approximately 5- 8 weeks.

10 Pre-filters, 5 and/or 20 micron
1 Spare sea strainer screen
2 Active carbon filters (fresh water flush)
1 ltr. High-pressure pump oil
1 x Extended cruising kit consisting of:
1 Acid cleaning compound
1 Alkaline cleaning compound
2 Storage compounds (Biocide)
1 Complete spare seal/O ring kit (except high pressure pump)
1 Pair motor brushes & spare toothed drive belt (DC units only)

The boost pump is essential if you opt for a 5 micron pre-filter in addition to the standard 20 micron unit (and it comes free of charge if you purchase the boost pump) or if your unit is to be installed less than two feet below the waterline.

The fresh water flush kit consists of an activated carbon filter and connections to enable you to preserve your membrane for up to ten days using your boats pressurised fresh water system. The activated carbon filter, in the kit, is fitted in case your tanks contain chlorinated water from a marina (chlorine ions destroy the membrane structure) which is often the case.

The low pressure gauge is to give you an indication of the condition of your pre-filters.

The maintenance and extended maintenance kits provide you with the necessary consumables and spares for several years of offshore cruising.
